Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to execute Installation & Commissioning (I&C) of High Voltage Products at customer sites in Italy and internationally. The candidate will operate in strict adherence to Hitachi Energy's health, safety & environment standards, aiming to deliver projects on time and with quality that meet customer expectations.
How you’ll make an impact
* Apply safety rules and environmental responsibilities; report unsafe practices and incidents. Uphold core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business.
* Perform installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance independently; identify technical issues and analyze problems through remote or on-site activities, including site acceptance testing and oil treatment.
* Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing work according to customer specifications; maintain good customer relationships; ensure availability and quality of materials, parts, and equipment for activities.
* Prepare documentation and reports for customer signatures; report work progress promptly and follow up as needed.
* Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
* Provide operational and customer service improvements to management.

Your Background
* Technical diploma and/or degree.
* Proficiency in Italian and English.
* Experience in a similar role within the High Voltage Products field is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and coordinate field technicians.
* Flexibility and problem-solving skills.
* Availability to travel mainly worldwide (90-100%).
