Acting as the single point of contact for all official communications with the customer, the PM holds full responsibility and authority to meet all project requirements. This includes overseeing the planning, scheduling, and control of project activities. By coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and managing risks, the PM ensures that project objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage all project activities with a focus on safety, security, logistics and the environment. /li liResponsible of the planning, execution and closing of assigned projects in line with stated scope and cost, time and quality standards/objectives. /li liEnsure that the Customer, contract and organizational requirements are implemented throughout the Project Lifecycle. /li liEnsure schedule/cost adherence and control, and manage scope creep. /li liEnsure invoicing meets contract requirements and accounts payable are fulfilled timely. /li liEnsure progress while maximizing benefits, avoiding/mitigate extra costs, and manage project risks. /li liPrepare request for quotation. Prepare and present the project dashboard monthly to Management. /li liPrepare and maintain the risk and opportunity file. Responsible for the claim/NC management of the project. /li liManage relationships with the client during project execution. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’sdegree in Engineering ( preference for a degree in mechanical or energy engineering ). /li liExperience of 4/5 years on Project Management role in Chemical, Power, Oil and Gas or Waste to Energy industry business. /li liEnglish fluent in speaking and writing are mandatory, other language skill will be considered as a plus. /li liAvailable to travel abroad. /li liExperience in contractual analysis. /li liCompetency in engineering /management computer application (i.e Ms office, Microsoft Project, SAP, etc.). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
