Responsibilities
What will you be responsible for?
Your role will be fundamental in maintaining the highest quality standards for Additive processes, promoting continuous improvement, and supporting customer and authority audits.
Specifically, the activities will be:
- Collaborate effectively with various functions to manage quality issues, minimizing the impact on customers, deliveries, and costs.
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify and resolve quality problems, implementing preventive actions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement through KPI analysis and implement corrective action plans.
- Promote compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform weekly audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including the evaluation and disposal of non-conforming materials.
- Assist during customer and authority audits, ensuring the timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports and present them during daily meetings with stakeholders.
Qualifications
What requirements are we looking for?
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Aeronautical)
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
- Excellent collaborative skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English languages.
