Product Assurance Manager open position at TAS in Gorgonzola Responsibilities Establish the PA&S requirements baseline for all elements of the project, in compliance with the Customer general Product Assurance and Safety policy. Produce and implement plans, define inputs, outputs, participants, responsibilities, interfaces, coordinate efforts of participants, and produce resulting consolidated inputs in line with TAS QMS. Refer to contractual requirements, specifications, development schedule and allocated budget during Product Lifecycle phases according to Equipment category. Assess SoW / Project Quality Assurance requirements. Issue Product Assurance, Product Qualification and Product Cleanliness and Contamination Plans. Monitor project & PA status and identify relevant PA issues (NCR / SPR / Waivers / Deviations / Problems / Critical Items); track all items and produce periodic monitoring reports with conclusions and recommendations. Prepare meeting agendas, ensure inputs for NRB or CCB, ensure participation, produce NRB or CCB minutes, follow up actions, and close nonconformances/waivers/problems/critical items. Monitor manufacturing, integration and test activities with quality assurance audits, inspect points (MIP & KIP), witness tests and configuration inspections; produce activity reports with conclusions and recommendations. Participate in program reviews (EQSR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR) and drive preventive or corrective actions; produce monthly assessment reports and contribute to design and safety reviews and preventive/corrective actions. Define formal acceptance requirements and conduct Acceptance Reviews of all contractual deliverable items (PTR, TRB, QR, DRB, etc.). Guide and monitor application and procurement of EEE parts, materials and processes; monitor compliance with applicable requirements (RFA) and produce related reports. Contribute to Control boards for EEE (PCB), M&P (MPCB) and Radiation (RCB) with customers and subcontractors. Coordinate FMEA, Reliability, Safety Analysis. Monitor quality KPIs, collect and analyze performance data, and produce statistical reports/graphs (e.g. NCs and non-quality costs root cause). Interface with the customer, subcontractors and company entities involved in design, construction, integration and testing for quality aspects. Oversee product certifications (CoC, End Item Data Package, REACH). Experience or Certification for PCB inspection according to ECSS is highly desirable.
