Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles simultaneously in a high-volume environmentPartner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategiesSource, screen, interview, and assess candidates using a variety of channels and toolsEnsure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment processBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsTrack and report on recruitment metrics and hiring progressContribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
RequirementsNative-level Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken)Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within fast-growing startups, scale-ups, or fintech/tech environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage a high volume of recruitment processes simultaneouslyStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExperience recruiting across multiple functions (tech, product, business, operations is a plus)
