To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Product Assurance Engineer to join our Quality Department who will ensure compliance with quality standards and Product/Mission-specific requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

DUTIES
As a Product Assurance Engineer you will be responsible for implementing Product Assurance plans, monitoring suppliers, managing non-conformance processes, and supporting product lifecycle management. This position involves close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to guarantee reliability and excellence in Argotec’s products and/or services.
The activities will include (but are not limited to):
- Identification, definition, and verification of PA/QA applicable requirements;
- Identification of the critical product/activities/processes;
- Management validation of special processes;
- Generation, implementation, revision and monitoring of the project PA Plan;
- Support Generation, implementation, revision and monitoring of Product Safety Plan;
- Support Generation, implementation, revision and monitoring of Contamination Control Plan;
- Tailoring of the ECSS-Q based on the mission-specific objectives and requirements;
- Manage response to PA/QA RIDs;
- Management of the NCR process and coordination of NRBs with Customer and Suppliers;
- Manage PA-related inspections with Customer and Suppliers (e.g. MIP, KIP);
- PA monitoring of Suppliers;
- Support Audits to Suppliers;
- Support the PA analysis (e.g. dependability analysis);
- PA reporting internal and to Customers;
- Support Argotec QMS implementation and maintenance;
- Support the procurement activities of EEE components and mechanical parts, based on the provided BOM;
- Support Procurement in the definition and selection of product/services related to flight, as needed;
- Support integration and test activities and/or flight operations.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechatronics, Electronics) or related technical fields;
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Product Assurance roles, preferably within the aerospace industry;
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.

ADDITIONAL ASSETS
- Familiarity with EN9100 normative;
- Good knowledge of ECSS-Q standards;
- Previous experience in PA activities on space hardware development and qualification;
- Previous experience in avionics PA activities.
