Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead and inspire key areas of Human Resources. From talent acquisition and employee engagement to compensation, health & safety, wellness programs, and special projects, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping an exceptional workplace experience. This position reports directly to the General Manager, offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a world-class hospitality environment.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:1. Conduct the recruiting, selection and placement activities, initiates and maintains relationships with outside sources (e.G., Union, colleges, student associations, employment agencies, recruiters, etc.)2. Orienting new employees to the organization3. Plans, implements and monitors the training as necessary and works closely with the HOD to improve employee's skills and knowledge4. Responsible to collecting and verify employees' documents and other tasks relating to payroll process5. Update and responsible for creating and implementing internal communications.6. Provides project support through development and execution of key processes, events and initiatives7. Assists in the planning, development, evaluation, implementation, and administration of human resources programs, policies, and procedures and their dissemination through the Human Resources policy manual, team member handbook, presentations, meetings, and other delivery methods.8. Manage the administration, communication and reporting of the hotel's benefits program9. Supports reinforcement of Hyatt's ValuesQualifications:1. Knowledgeable of professional HR practices in Italy, Italian Labor Law, able to understand contracts2. At least 2 years' experience in the same position within the hospitality industry.3. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, with proficiency in Excel, and the ability to learn HRIS system (Zucchetti)4. Verbal/written skills and presentation skills5. Excellent organizational skills6. Strong interpersonal skills essential7. Strong focus on training and reinforce company culture8. Ability to balance multiple projects at one time and ability to prioritize, problem solving skills9. Experience working in Luxury hotel is mandatory10. Fluent in Italian and English11.
