We are looking for an IT Specialist to ensure the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of IT systems across Borgo Lifestyle Group. The role focuses on supporting daily operations, resolving technical issues, and maintaining reliable systems that enable teams to work effectively while meeting the expectations of a luxury hospitality environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Provide daily IT support, ensuring systems and devices operate efficiently and without disruption.
* Respond promptly to IT-related issues affecting operations and guest experiences, resolving problems discreetly and efficiently.
* Maintain and monitor hardware, software, networks, and connectivity systems across all properties.
* Support the management and correct functioning of PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, telephony, and audiovisual systems throughout the Group.
* Perform regular system checks, updates, and basic preventive maintenance to ensure stability, security, and continuity of service.
* Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with company IT policies across all Group operations.
* Maintain accurate IT documentation, inventories, and user access records for all brands.
* Communicate clearly and consistently with management and operational teams regarding system performance, issues, and improvements.
Who you are:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or IT specialist role; experience in hospitality or service environments is considered a plus.
* Solid knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, and basic cybersecurity principles.
* Practical, solution-oriented, and well-organised, with strong attention to detail.
* Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with operational teams.
* Professional, discreet, and service-oriented, with the ability to provide support in a calm and clear manner. xjrgpwk
