The role involves leading cross-functional and international teams and managing R&D projects from concept to start of production, ensuring alignment with time, quality, scope, and cost targets in accordance with Toyota processes.
Qualifications / RequirementsDegree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent2 years of experience in Project Management, software R&D environments is a plusExperience with software development lifecycle (Agile or hybrid models)Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2) are a plusProficient in using Git and DevOps, to maintain stable, collaborative, and efficient R&D codebases is a plusFluent in EnglishProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS ProjectOrganized, proactive, and structured mindse
