This is mandatory to be considered for screening. Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering. Minimum 103 in both Bachelor and Master degrees. Fluent in Italian and English. 3-5 years’ experience in consultancy, with current position as Digital Expert. Deep knowledge and proven track record in Utilities, CMT, Financial Institutions, or Industrial sectors. UTILITIES Participation in digital transformation initiatives and operations review projects for primary Utility operators in Italy, with developed vertical skills on core downstream processes. Good knowledge of Utility application architecture and at least one core IT solution, with familiarity in waterfall and agile methodologies. Preferred: participation in customer journey design, customer experience review projects, CRM or Billing solutions implementation, operations and asset management system reviews, RPA programs, data governance, IoT solutions, and advanced analytics. Financial Institutions Participation in digital transformation and operations review projects for leading financial institutions in Italy, with developed vertical skills on core processes. Good knowledge of sector-specific application architecture and at least one core IT solution, with familiarity in waterfall and agile methodologies. Preferred: involvement in customer journey design, multichannel customer experience, architectural renewal initiatives, sales network solutions, core banking, insurance, asset management, RPA, analytics, IoT, hybrid clouds, and security.
