Accountabilities
* Analyze, design, program, test, and maintain software modules to meet regulatory, business, and client‑specific requirements.
* Implement solutions for banking and tax compliance, including liquidity, credit risk, AnaCredit, loan reporting, and statistical reporting.
* Support Business Analysts and clients in resolving technical issues and providing guidance on software use.
* Develop and execute test cases, prepare test data, and ensure proper validation of software functionality.
* Document technical specifications, user stories, and operational procedures for internal and client‑facing use.
* Collaborate with national and international colleagues across software engineering, testing, and architecture teams.
* Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes, enhance software features, and optimize workflows within an agile development environment.
Requirements
* University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Experience in software development using SQL and Java, with solid knowledge of databases.
* Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and collaborative tools.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on mentality, capable of integrating creative solutions into complex systems.
