What will you do? Alkemy is seeking a Digital Project Manager to strengthen our Technology Competence Center. The Junior Project Manager will manage and coordinate technology projects, mainly focusing on website and application implementation. This role involves collaborating with various internal departments and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed properly, deadlines are met, and objectives are achieved. The responsibilities include: Organizing and updating project work plans to align with website and application deployment timelines. Working with stakeholders to define clear project requirements and expectations. Collaborating with departments like IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail, and Legal to set milestones, roles, and responsibilities. Tracking project milestones, goals, and objectives, and communicating progress effectively. Coordinating with IT/ICT managers to allocate projects according to the release plan. Creating detailed execution plans, including stakeholder and task identification, to guide project progress. Monitoring project updates, controlling deliverables, and ensuring timely and quality results. Location: Milan (hybrid) Experience: 1-3 years Competence Center: Technology What do we value? 1-3 years of digital project management experience, preferably in ICT. Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project management vocabulary. Excellent communication skills with internal teams and clients.
