Location: Cremona, Italy
We are seeking a Customer Service/Administrative Assistant for a specialized company providing consulting services to businesses and workers in the construction sector.
The selected candidate will be part of the Administrative Office, focusing on the construction industry. Specific responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the management of administrative/documentation procedures;
2. Checking and verifying documents and site regulations;
3. Inspecting construction sites to ensure documentation accuracy;
4. Assisting in training companies on the company's services;
5. Data extraction, entry, and updating records.
Candidates will be considered based on the following requirements:
1. Previous experience in administrative or back-office roles;
2. Good knowledge and use of computer tools such as Email and Office Suite;
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Ability to handle diverse activities, demonstrating dynamism and customer orientation;
5. Flexibility and good organizational skills.
Preferred qualifications include:
1. Diploma as a Surveyor (Geometra);
2. Previous experience in the construction sector.
The company offers a direct employment contract with an apprenticeship or a 12-month fixed-term contract, leading to a permanent position.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30-13:00 / 14:30-18:00; Friday 8:30-13:00.
