Position Overview
As a Remote Sales and Marketing Specialist, your role will involve connecting with prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
* Conduct virtual meetings to evaluate clients' insurance needs.
* Present customized insurance solutions that fit individual needs.
* Build and maintain lasting client relationships through excellent service.
* Use company-provided leads for prospecting (no cold calling or door-to-door sales).
* Participate in continuous training to improve product knowledge.
* Obtain and maintain a life insurance license (we will provide training).
* Work in a flexible, self-paced environment while staying motivated.
Qualifications
* No experience required; we provide full training.
* Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License.
* Strong self-motivation with a goal-driven attitude.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Must be based in the United States.
