Job Title: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Consultant

We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Consultant to join a dynamic and international project environment supporting enterprise customers across Europe and beyond.
This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end Oracle ERP projects, collaborating closely with project managers, functional experts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze business requirements across Finance and Accounting processes and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions
* Advise customers on implementation, optimization, and enhancement of existing Oracle EBS systems
* Prepare functional design documentation and detailed specifications for technical teams
* Support effort estimations and contribute to realistic project planning
* Act as a functional lead during implementation phases
* Collaborate with developers and technical consultants to ensure sustainable solution delivery
* Support pre-sales activities and provide functional expertise during customer engagements
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a value-driven approach
Requirements
* Several years of experience as an Oracle Consultant, ideally within Oracle E-Business Suite
* Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP with a focus on Finance and Accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.)
* Experience in full lifecycle implementations and system enhancements
* Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into structured system solutions
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Comfortable working in collaborative, project-driven environments
* Fluent Italian and English language skills
