Job description For our Hotel Calimala in Milan, we are looking for an Events Manager Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with agencies, concierges, and industry professionals Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and generate new opportunities Handle incoming leads, phone calls, and email inquiries Manage follow-ups with potential and existing clients Sales & Negotiation Drive sales growth through proactive client engagement Lead high-level negotiations to secure events and partnerships Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Previous experience (at least 3 years) in Event management, preferably in the construction or hospitality sector Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and interface with different interlocutors Fluent knowledge of Italian and English Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus Negotiation and deal-closing expertise What we offer Integration into a dynamic and multidisciplinary team Opportunities for professional growth in the rapidly expanding hospitality sector.
