JOB SCOPE
To strengthen our airport Allways Meet & Greet services, we are looking for a Senior Greeter, a key role in managing the passenger experience within the airport environment.
The Senior Greeter is responsible for delivering a highly personalized, premium welcome to guests during arrival, departure, and transit phases, physically accompanying passengers throughout the airport and acting as the operational and quality reference point for the Greeter team.
The role includes the operational coordination of services, support and supervision of Greeters, and close collaboration with key airport stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with Plaza Premium Group service standards, with particular attention to VIP guests.
The position is fully operational within the airport environment and reports directly to the Allways Operations Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure smooth, personalized, and outstanding airport experience during arrival, departure, and transit
- Physically escort guests throughout the airport, anticipating their needs and managing all operational requests
- Deliver a highly discreet, polished, and brand-representative service, particularly for VIP guests
- Supervise, assign services to, and train Greeters during operations
- Act as the operational point of reference for the team during the shift
- Collaborate with various airport stakeholders (security, handling agents, lounges, airlines) to ensure efficient delivery service
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction
- Prepare accurate reports on services provided and guest feedback
- Monitor passenger flows, operational challenges, and service standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
- Use company IT tools for communication, reporting, and coordination (email, Excel, internal systems
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (C1 level)
- Strong knowledge of the airport environment and its operational processes
- Experience in airport hospitality, Meet & Greet services, or premium hospitality roles
- Proven ability in operational coordination shifts and service supervision
- Microsoft Office, Excel advanced, Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation, and empathy
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Professional appearance and strong awareness of the brand ambassador role
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Availability to work full-time, 5 days per week
