Responsibilities:
* Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing…
* Take measures for cost, time, stock-and-quality-optimal scheduling of purchase and in-house production parts
* Ensures that all production orders in the segment are produced on time
* Cooperates in investment, ratio, personnel and cost planning
* Minimizes inventories in the segment and optimizes material flow
* Synchronizes capacity requirements
* Leads continuous optimization of processes
* Processes service orders in technical and scheduling terms with the customer or outdoor sales
* Leads full processing of repair orders as well as monitoring of the repair target in terms of quality, quantity and deadlines
* Monitors the use and maintenance of the machines, tools and measuring equipment and is responsible for the cost structure of the Service Center
Qualifications:
* Typically academic degree and relevant work experience
* Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise
