Job Description MGID is a fast-growing player in digital advertising, delivering high-performance native, display, and video ads powered by AI-driven technology. We help publishers monetize their audiences and brands maximize performance—while ensuring a seamless, brand-safe user experience. With 1 billion users monthly and 185 billion ad impressions across 70 languages, we work with brands like Renault, Domino’s, Nestlé, and IKEA to drive real business results. Now, we are seeking a professional Publisher Success Manager to build and scale our cooperation with our publishers. What You'll Do: - Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with existing publishers in the market - Monitor and maintain a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clients on a daily basis - Optimize to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperation - Constantly serve as a point of contact for the publishers to support and respond to needs from the client's side - Negotiate with our clients about new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutions - Work in close cooperation with the internal team globally within the department and cross-departments Requirements: Who you are: - 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital media or online publishing sector - Excellent relationship management and customer service skills, dedicated to exceeding client expectations - Strong communication skills, efficient interaction with different personality types - Deep understanding of the Italian digital market - Verifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers - Strong analytical abilities to gather business insights by monitoring and interpreting data trends - Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, International Relations, International Business, Communications preferred but not required) - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel or Google Sheets. - Experience in Client Service roles - Experience with Native Advertising is a strong plus What we offer: - Full-time permanent contract - Hybrid work model (2 remote days per week) - Meal vouchers - Company MacBook - Medical Insurance
