Our client specializes in renewable energy and, in particular, in the research, development and prototyping of new green batteries and long-duration energy storage systems. /p h3The role: /h3 ul liDefine and execute the RD roadmap across single cell, stack, pilot, and container scale. /li liStandardize test protocols: performance mapping, cycling/aging, efficiency breakdown, and safety-related tests. /li liApply Design of Experiments (DoE) to optimize stack/system parameters (flow, pressure, compression, temperature, operating windows). /li liLead scaling-up activities, coordinating build/test iterations and design reviews with engineering teams. /li liOwn data quality, reproducibility, analysis workflows, and reporting cadence. /li liDefine acceptance criteria for prototypes and pilot builds; support FAT/SAT preparation. /li liManage lab/test infrastructure needs (instrumentation, test stands, automation requirements) with the controls team. /li liMentor team members and enforce safe, structured experimentation. /li liDraft procedures, reports and technical documentation in general. /li /ul h3Mandatory skills: /h3 ul liExperience in battery engineering / electrochemical system testing (PhD years can be counted as experience if relevant). /li liProven RD management or technical leadership in experimental teams. /li liStrong skills in battery testing, scale-up, DoE, and electrochemistry interpretation. /li liExperience defining structured test plans and translating results into engineering actions. /li /ul h3Location: /h3 pRho (MI) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
