Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa, a 5-star luxury establishment in the heart of Milan, is seeking an Ufficio Acquisti Assistente di Direzione to support the management and report directly to the Proprietà. The role involves:
1. Supporting various procurement activities (furniture, furnishings, fabrics, F&B materials, hotel equipment, and others) and managing related administrative tasks;
2. Preparing reports;
3. Handling general services and secretarial duties (drafting/translation of documents, archiving, correspondence/mailing, organizing meetings/travel);
4. Managing the agenda;
5. Filtering calls from clients, suppliers, and staff.
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus;
* Excellent command of the MS Office suite.
Additional qualities include confidentiality, precision, organization, patience, reliability, problem-solving skills, flexibility, adherence to deadlines, pragmatism, and a practical approach. Experience in medium to large organizations and direct reporting to ownership or top management will be considered advantageous. The position is based in Milan, at Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa.
