Project Construction and Commissioning Manager (F/M/D)
HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is a product group in Hitachi Energy that develops, manufactures, and sells DC transmission systems worldwide. HVDC technology transmits electricity over long distances, powers submarine cables, and connects power systems.
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate Construction and Commissioning processes and activities related to project scope. You will support the site execution and manage the site in collaboration with the Site Manager.
How You’ll Make An Impact
* Manage and drive Construction and Commissioning processes for HVDC stations.
* Plan, monitor and report construction execution progress, cost, and manpower forecasts.
* Coordinate handover from Tendering, review scope, schedule, budget, risks, and opportunities, and organize Kick‑Off meetings.
* Develop and plan temporary and permanent infrastructure with the Site Manager.
* Report progress to the Project Director and C&C management, in conjunction with the Site Manager.
* Coordinate and execute subcontracts with the Subcontracts Development and Delivery Manager.

Your background
* Bachelor of Science in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
* 5 years of PM experience in HVDC projects or similar fields such as Power Generation EPC, Oil & Gas, or Automation Industry.
* Good intercultural skills.
* Fluent in English, spoken and written.
* Strong leadership, self‑competence, and interpersonal skills—including negotiation, issue resolution, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.
