As part of our next phase of global growth, we are undergoing a large-scale digital transformation focused on modernizing our system landscape, building a scalable enterprise data platform, and redefining our core business processes.About the RoleWe are looking for an ERP Program Manager to lead the end-to-end transformation of our ERP landscape, with a primary focus on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365).This is not a traditional project management role, because you will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and transformation, ensuring that the ERP program becomes the backbone of a new, data-driven operating model.You will orchestrate multiple workstreams across regions and functions, ensuring alignment between process design, data structure, and system implementation.Main Responsibilities: Program Leadership & Governance:Own the global ERP program roadmap, milestones, and delivery modelDefine and enforce program governance, ensuring clear decision-making and escalation pathsCoordinate cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, IT)Drive alignment between business priorities and implementation sequencingOversee planning, execution, testing, and rollout phases across multiple geographiesCoordinate system integrators, internal teams, and external partnersBusiness & Process Alignment:Ensure ERP implementation is fully aligned with redesigned end-to-end business processesWork closely with Business Process Owners and Functional Leads to translate business needs into system requirementsChallenge and simplify processes to avoid over-customizationData & System Integration:Ensure alignment between ERP and the broader Enterprise Data Platform / Smart Data LayerCollaborate with Data & Integration teams to guarantee consistency of data models and flowsSupport the definition of a scalable and clean system architectureChange Management & Adoption:Drive organizational readiness across regions and functionsEnsure proper training, communication, and adoption strategies are in placeMonitor adoption and continuously improve based on feedbackRequirements: Solid experience in managing complex ERP implementations (D365 or similar)Strong understanding of end-to-end business processesAbility to operate at both strategic and execution levelExperience in managing global programs with multiple stakeholdersSolid understanding of data, integrations, and system architecture principlesStructured thinking, strong ownership, and execution mindsetFluency in English is a must have (minimum B2+)Business travels will be part of your jobNice to Have:Experience in companies undergoing digital transformation at scaleExposure to data platforms, data governance, or analytics environmentsBackground in consulting or high-performance environmentsWhy should you choose us?
