Selection 4.0, a cutting-edge technology company specializing in the search and selection of middle and top management profiles at both national and international levels, is seeking a Digital Data Analyst Our client is a well-known web company currently expanding and internationalizing across Europe and globally. With a B2C business model and app-based platform boasting over 7 million users and more than 1 million downloads on the Play Store and App Store, the company aims to strengthen its team. The selected candidate will join the product team, reporting to the Head of Product, working cross-functionally across all company areas with a focus on product metrics and customer base. In a data-driven environment, the candidate will promote and consolidate data culture, implement the company's Data Strategy, and contribute to refining and enhancing the data platform. Responsibilities: Monitor product success through continuous data analysis, identifying trends, optimization opportunities, and areas for improvement; Analyze user behavioral data, identifying patterns and trends using product analytics tools (Amplitude), with a critical and continuous improvement approach; Optimize and monitor conversion funnels; Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate and complete implementation of tracking, guaranteeing data quality and reliability; Create effective reports and dashboards to monitor product performance; Integrate quantitative (Amplitude) and qualitative data (UX tests, interviews) to identify critical issues and improvement opportunities, fostering a data-oriented corporate culture; Provide ongoing support to enhance product performance. Technical Requirements: Solid experience as a Data Analyst in digital contexts, B2C, preferably app-based; Deep knowledge of Amplitude or similar tools; Proficiency in product analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights; Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data interpretation and presentation; Knowledge of conversion funnels and methodologies for digital performance optimization.
