Introducing an innovative payment process for cars and other industries. You are responsible for the training of operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage. You identify possible "stumbling blocks" in the onboarding project and eliminate them in coordination with customers and colleagues from other areas. You are in charge of supporting existing clients. Through your proximity to the customer, you help to continuously improve our product and processes. Your Profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, ideally with proof of your own successful projects. You have a structured and clean way of working, even in stressful situations: you are used to keeping several balls in the air. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense environments. You are willing to travel to our customers. You are native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
