As a Solution Specialist, you drive value through DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM implementations, aligning customer needs with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will bridge developers, infrastructure experts, and clients to shape solutions that boost operational excellence and enable successful go‑lives. You act as the key communicator to map requirements to measurable KPIs and demonstrate value through tailored solutions and dashboards. The role combines technical design, customer engagement, and hands‑on configuration in a global, collaborative environment.

* Collaborate with development teams to implement integrations and custom logic for manufacturing processes
Responsabilità
* Master's degree with proven experience as a Solution Consultant/Engineer in IT/IS
* Solid experience with MOM and MES
* Hands‑on software development experience including customization, system integration, and troubleshooting
* Experience with DELMIA Apriso preferred; strong C#/.NET Core and web development skills a must
* International exposure and industry experience in supply chain domains (ERP/PLM)
* Knowledge of ICT sales methodologies and system integration
* Strong presentation and negotiation abilities with stakeholders
* Good interpersonal and diplomatic skills; travel availabilityFluency in English (written and spoken)
