About the role: As a Digital Analytics & Tagging Specialist within the MarTech cluster, your main mission will be to support analytics implementation for our Vodafone Websites and Apps. You will work multi-disciplinarily with Product Managers, IT and Analysts to make sure data is provided consistently and accurately to tagging solutions and this data is pushed to our web analytics and marketing tech tools. Key contributions: - Support analytics implementation for Vodafone Italy Websites and native Apps - Optimize and maintain tagging strategy and spec documentation based on requirements gathered from Analytics and Media Planning teams - Be responsible for the data layer, understanding requirements, writing technical specifications and working closely with developers during the development process. - Implement web analytics and marketing tags using a Tag Management System - Work closely with external agency on tags and web analytics implementation - Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of the web analytics tagging and setup - Extract data and insights from Web Analytics platforms Key skills: - Passion for digital channels and innovation - 2-3 years working experience in a similar role - Good analytical mindset, to base proposals on solid data evidence - High focus on details and desire to make improvements - Ability to prioritize tasks and build roadmaps - Good communication and presentation skills Must have technical / professional qualifications: - Degree in Economics/Engineering - Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Tealium IQ - Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics - Digital Background - Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian
