Deliver end-to-end payroll processing for GermanyExecute and enhance payroll controls (Source to Gross, Gross to Net)Complete standard accounting reconciliationsResolve payroll queriesSupport vendor relationships and performance managementPartner with Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR, and Finance teamsSuggest process improvements using Six Sigma methodologySupport payroll components of strategic initiativesDeliver on payroll part of country expansion projectsContribute innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiencyMaintain payroll processes and inventory (SOPs, process maps, etc.)Raise blockers and issues to senior analysts and managers

Basic Qualifications

1+ year payroll/HR experience OR 3+ years professional experience (non-payroll/HR)Fluency in German plus good English language skillsAdvanced user of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)Strong analytical and statistical capabilitiesExperience with root cause analysisAbility to thrive in fast‐paced, ambiguous environmentsExcellent customer service orientation
