Job Opening: Technical Post-Sales
Link HR Professional Solutions is seeking a professional profile for a manufacturing company that produces automation machines. The role is within the Service/Post-Sales Office to strengthen the team.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate qualified personnel interventions at customer sites to repair faults and/or shutdowns of plants;
* Manage and coordinate activities related to identifying, quoting (in agreement with management on spare parts margins), and supplying replacement parts connected to the lifespan of installed plants;
* Authorize and organize all external interventions by qualified personnel;
* Authorize payments for external contractors' interventions;
* Evaluate intervention costs from the sold quote to the final account;
* Directly manage relationships and economic negotiations with external suppliers for travel activities;
* Review and approve REVAMPING or SPECIAL offers before sending to customers;
* Improve procedures, policies, and standards of customer service; collect customer feedback to gather useful data for company growth and prepare reports on customer service performance (provide management with personnel evaluations);
* Prepare minutes of meetings with technicians returning from trips, collecting data and information to be distributed to other departments if necessary;
* Inform customers about the start of the warranty period and monitor its expiration.
Requirements:
* Technical diploma or degree in technical-engineering disciplines;
* Minimum one year of experience in the role; potential or senior candidates with structured experience will also be considered;
* Good knowledge of the English language;
* Ability to work in a team and problem-solving attitude;
* Organizational and planning skills.
