We are looking for
Communication & Marketing – CRM Intern
who demonstrates strong proficiency with technological tools — primarily Microsoft Excel — and excellent attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM Data Management Analysis
* Analyze and optimize processes for data entry, validation, and cleaning within the CRM system, including data collected through SDA forms and web applications
* Develop operational procedures to ensure correct Business Partner (BP) creation and updates, retrieve missing data, and standardize input processes for legal entities and, later, individuals
* Monitor CRM data quality across Business Partner records and related activity data
Data Upload & Extraction
* Support data uploads and extractions needed for analysis and database integration
* Share proposed processes with stakeholders and test approved solutions
Testing & Validation
* Test and validate procedures and reports before release to ensure accuracy and functional consistency
Data Analysis Support
* Conduct periodic analyses of CRM and related datasets, including socio-demographic and customer satisfaction analyses
REQUIREMENTS
* Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (mandatory) — datasets, formulas, pivot tables, reporting, data analysis
* University degree preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields
* At least 6 months of international experience (study or work)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
* Interest in CRM, digital marketing, and data analysis
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Nice to have
* Experience with CRM platforms
* Basic knowledge of marketing automation or campaign reporting
WE OFFER
* A 6-month internship allowance of €1,000 gross per month and €8 meal vouchers per working day (Ticket Restaurant)
