* Definition and management of the software requirements of an avionic equipment
* Definition of the Software architecture both in terms of Top Level Design and Detailed Design
* Writing the code (Ada or C) that implements what is defined in the requirements and in the Design
* Software integration on target
* Definition of test cases and related procedures based on requirements.
* Structural Coverage Analysis activities
* V&V activities according to DO-178C or other standards (e.G.
Eurofighter)**Educational qualifications:*** Degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering**Seniority:*** **Junior**: 1-3 years of experience.**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Knowledge of the fundamentals of electronics
* Knowledge of avionic communication buses (ARINC 429, CanAero, MIL-STD-1553)
* Knowledge of avionic software certification aspects (DO-178C)
* Skills in requirements analysis and the use of dedicated tools (DOORS)
* Knowledge of real-time operating systems (VxWorks653, PikeOS, Green Hills Integrity)
* Experience in the implementation and development of real-time embedded systems
* Knowledge of modern single-core and multi-core microcontrollers
* Competence in general-purpose communication protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, UARTS)
* Experience in hardware/software integration processes and on-target debugging
