A tradition of successful cars, each of them redefining what makes an Italian sports car in terms of bdesign /b, bperformance /b, bcomfort /b, belegance /b, and bsafety /b, currently available in more than b70 markets internationally /b. /p pMaserati is now looking for bnew talents /b to join the b#Maserati Team /b. /p pThe position reports directly to the Head of the Painting Unit and will be part of the unit with the responsibility to: /p ul liDefine preparation, painting, and polishing processes, ensuring compliance with standards in terms of quality, timing, and cost. /li liManage and coordinate resources within the Painting area, ensuring effective work organization and achievement of production targets. /li liDevelop production processes for the execution and introduction of new products, colors, materials, and methods, in line with market requirements. /li liDefine, acquire, and manage measuring instruments in accordance with company procedures. /li liCertify the painting process and provide training to the team on painting procedures. /li liCollaborate closely with the Plant Process and Quality team, promptly addressing any process anomalies reported on the product. /li /ul h3MISSION /h3 pDefine preparation, painting, and polishing processes, ensuring compliance with quality, timing, and cost standards, while managing and coordinating resources within the Painting area. /p h3MAIN ACTIVITIES /h3 h3Process Definition and Optimization /h3 ul liDefine preparation, painting, and polishing processes. /li liEnsure adherence to quality, timing, and cost standards. /li liOptimize existing processes to improve efficiency and quality. /li /ul h3New Product and Process Development /h3 ul liDevelop production processes for the introduction of new products, colors, materials, and technologies. /li liCollaborate with other departments to ensure the production feasibility of innovations. /li liSupport the industrialization of new projects in line with market demands. /li /ul h3Measuring Instruments Management /h3 ul liDefine and acquire the necessary measuring instruments for process control. /li liManage and maintain instruments according to company procedures. /li liEnsure traceability and calibration of instruments. /li /ul h3Certification and Training /h3 ul liCertify the painting process according to company standards. /li liOrganize and conduct training sessions for the operational team. /li liDraft and update technical documentation and operating instructions. /li /ul h3Anomaly Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liPromptly address process anomalies reported on the product. /li liCollaborate with the Plant Process and Quality teams to resolve issues. /li liParticipate in internal and external audits and support continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liDeep knowledge of painting processes, specifically: Surface preparation for painting, application of paint products, curing cycles. /li liDeep knowledge of finishing, polishing cycles, and rework. /li liPrevious experience in industrializing colors for automatic application. /li liPrevious team management experience. /li liTechnical high school diploma or preferably a degree in a technical/chemical field. /li liAt least 5-7 years in similar roles. /li liAvailability to work in shifts. /li /ul h3DIVERSITY INCLUSION /h3 pAt Maserati, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
