ROLE OVERVIEW
Support the management of all Digital Marketing investments, Media Spending and Channel Performance in order to maximize effectiveness and return on investment from an omnichannel perspective, with a particular focus on the growth of ghdhair.Com, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Media Channels Performance
* Support the management and implementation of the digital advertising budget, in collaboration with selected agencies, in line with marketing and commercial strategies.
* Support the management and implementation of the digital budget supporting the website (Google, Paid Social, Display, CTV, paid press) to maximize traffic, conversion, and return on investment.
* Collaborate with external agencies (creation/adaptation of marketing campaign content, event management, advertising budget management, etc.).
* Manage all PPC-related activities, including ad copy creation and keyword strategy.
* Identify and manage collaborations with local agencies to optimize allocation and implementation of digital and advertising investments across all selected channels.
* Optimize investments and returns in paid social and social advertising.
* Prepare and implement campaigns in collaboration with the eCommerce commercial team, with regular analysis using key metrics, analytics and KPIs to measure investment effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
* Work closely with the Digital Business commercial team to define strategies, plans and actions in the digital area.
* Provide daily and periodic KPI monitoring reports, adjusting campaigns and investments to achieve targets.
SEO
* Define and implement SEO improvement actions across all channels (website, social, video) in collaboration with the Digital team and digital agencies, following market best practices.
* Manage and adapt content for the Italian market to ensure optimal execution of SEO strategies.
* Measure organic traffic growth results and SEO-specific KPIs.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in Premium Digital environments (Beauty and Fashion sectors are a plus).
* Knowledge of digital media planning and media buying processes.
* Experience in the day-to-day management of digital agencies.
* Experience in optimizing digital strategies and campaigns across multiple areas:
* Search, Remarketing, Paid Social, Programmatic, CRM, SEO, Google Shopping Ads, Display, and CTV.
* Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 360 and similar analytical tools, with the ability to extract insights and define action plans.
* Good knowledge of tools such as Search Ads 360, Google Ads Editor, DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Manager.
* Fluent English, both written and spoken.
