PpStudio Paolo Ferrari is expanding in Europe and seeking a bProject Lead / Senior Interior Designer /b to join its new Milan office. This role offers the opportunity to lead exceptional interior design project, working with international brands across luxury hospitality and residential sectors. You’ll collaborate with an award-winning team on projects that are conceptually rich, meticulously detailed and created for some of the world’s most respected brands and clients. /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institution /liliFluency in Italian and English (written and verbal) /lili8-12+ years of architecture/interior design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or client- facing role /liliSoftware proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite and other Project management tools /liliLead and oversee the production of comprehensive drawing sets (DD/CD phases) in alignment with design intent and local regulations /liliDevelop custom millwork, detailing and technical specifications /liliCoordinate with consultants, suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate implementation /liliConduct site reviews and support during construction administration /liliEnsure design documentation meets local code and permitting requirements /liliCollaborate closely with Project Directors and Creative Director across global teams /li /ulpThe firm is seeking a long-term collaborator to join its Milan studio under a Partita IVA arrangement, working closely with the team on projects from concept through completion. This is a full-time position based in Milan, Italy. Candidates must be based in Milan or willing to relocate. Must have legal authorization to work in Italy/EU.
