Job Description Summary
The Aero Alliance Operations Accumulation Line Leader will be a key role in the Aero Alliance Avenza Shop organization. She/He will be responsible for leading and coordinating shop floor warehouse and kitting activities within the Material & Planning organization in the Avenza Shop, ensuring flawless execution in terms of EHS, Quality, and fulfillment requirements. She/He will report to the Material & Planning Leader for Aero Alliance Avenza Shop.
Essential Responsibilities
* Manage a team of hourly logistic shop operators and salaried logistic specialists to ensure EHS, Quality, and Delivery targets, leading regular inspections and fostering company culture values.
* Coordinate the internal Accumulation process, overseeing warehouse and kitting department activities to ensure the delivery of complete assembly kits to Gate 3 assembly lines according to the Shop Master Scheduler exit plan.
* Create daily short-term plans for shift-by-shift tasks to meet internal targets for the accumulation process across receiving, picking, and kitting steps.
* Adopt Lean Management System strategies, focusing on process/work standardization, problem solving, and continuous improvement through gemba walks and team kaizens.
* Develop and analyze internal KPIs to drive department improvements and reduce TAT.
* Collaborate with other Gates teams to meet TAT/OTD targets and financial goals.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Engineering, business, or logistics degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in Supply Chain/Logistics management roles.
* Ability to adapt to and drive change within a global team in a dynamic environment.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
* Fluency in Italian and English (reading, writing, speaking).
* EU work permit.

* Experience in logistics activities or warehouse management.
* Leadership skills and ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
* Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
