We are looking for an IT audio-video specialist to join our team in Monfalcone or Genova. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of audio-video and IT systems. Your daily tasks will include supervising installations at client sites, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with other teams to ensure service quality. You will also perform system updates and programming, as well as training clients on the use of the installed equipment. It is a dynamic position that requires strong attention to detail and time management skills.Qualifications.Solid knowledge of A/V systems and systems integration, including the processes of installation, setup, and maintenance of professional A/V equipment.Experience in networking and IT infrastructure, including network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and server managementSkills in project management and organisational abilities to effectively plan and monitor activitiesAdditional beneficial skills include creative problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented attitudeProficiency in English
