Responsibilities
* Actively contribute in achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
* Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
* Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with a trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
* Foster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
* Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
* Build strong client relationships and deliver client‑centric solutions, offering personalized consultations based on their profiles.
