OverviewThe High Voltage Division of Prysmian Italy is looking for a Project Manager based in Milano, in the HQ of the Company. You will report directly to the Business Director. The candidate will be assigned to both supply only and EPCI projects delivered to our Customers.The RoleYou will be the main interface with the Customer and Customer Project Team. The Project Manager will initiate, plan, execute, finalize and monitor & control the project in accordance with the customer’s contractual terms and specification, within the agreed timescales and budget, this includes coordinating the project team as well as any third-party contractors or consultants. The Project Manager is also responsible for defining clear project objectives, building the project requirements and managing the constraints in terms of costs, time, scope and quality. You will direct and manage all aspects of multi-discipline projects from initiation through completion. Define and control baseline scope, programme and allowances in line with the change management procedures. You will manage the progress the Project activities in close coordination with the engineering and installation disciplines. Establish a budget; monitor the costs against the budget, manage claim and variations to achieve CM targets. You will ensure the correct allocation of the resources necessary for carrying on and completing the project.Key RequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager within the oil & gas, energy sector of a multinational company and in EPCI ProjectsMaster’s Degree in Engineering or similar related Degrees with a PMP certificationFluency in EnglishStrong negotiation skills, team working abilities and excellent leadership and influencing skillsAttitude to deeply understand the scope and technical aspects of the project together with the traditional PM skillsFlexible mindset and able to work in a very dynamic contextGood communication skillsVery strong analytical skillsPrysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
