Bvlgari Spa Within its Trade & Retail Marketing team based in Rome, is seeking a Trade & Retail Marketing Specialist focused on Jewellery, Watches and Leather Goods. This role will support in driving dynamic in-store experiences through full orchestration of Trade and Retail Marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building a comprehensive Retail Experience to animate stores, engage clients, and activate all touchpoints in alignment with commercial objectives. Furthermore, he/she will coordinate global Markets, supporting the Global Go-To-Market Strategy and leveraging local insights to maximize opportunities.
Main Accountabilities
Design and deliver innovative Retail experiences that are strategically aligned with the Brand identity and meet client needs across all channels.
Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders (from brief to execution) to ensure seamless delivery and implementation, consistently adhering to project objectives.
Lead and manage experience design projects from initial concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and strong alignment with business objectives.
Actively participate in transversal projects, contributing to the creation of compelling presentations, comprehensive Launch Packages, and essential support materials.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of client experience initiatives, collaborating with global Markets Planning & Implementation leads to leverage data-driven insights and make strategic adjustments that optimize and improve performance.
Requirements
5 years’ experience in similar roles, background within agencies is considered a plus
Ability to work well in a complex and changing environment
Ability to meet tight deadlines and strong ability in identify key priorities, while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Extremely organized, proactive and highly attentive to details
Fluency in Italian and English
