Wärtsilä is seeking a strategic, inspiring, and partnership-driven leader for the position of bHead of Brand /b. /ppThe Head of Brand is responsible for creating and driving Wärtsilä's global brand strategy in a way that enables business growth, strengthens customer engagement, and reinforces our strategic positioning. In this role, you will develop Wärtsilä's brand positioning, identity, and messaging in alignment with our overall business and brand strategy. You will be responsible for creating meaningful, distinctive, and unified brand experiences that bring Wärtsilä's purpose and value to life. You will foster brand innovation and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints, both external and internal, to signal Wärtsilä's differentiated role in driving a decarbonised future. /ppCollaboration is essential in this role: you will work closely with business units and teams across Wärtsilä to ensure the brand supports - and enables - our shared strategic ambitions. We offer a hybrid working model, with the expectation of being on-site as needed to collaborate and connect with colleagues. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pLead Wärtsilä's global brand strategy to enable business growth, differentiation, and long term value creation, including development of brand health metrics and refining strategies as needed. /ppPosition Wärtsilä as a global thought leader in the marine and energy industries in collaboration with other Wärtsilä marketing and communications teams. /ppEnsure a compelling, consistent brand experience across all touchpoints to drive customer engagement, trust, and preference. /ppGuide the development of the employer brand, ensuring its alignment with the overarching Wärtsilä brand. /ppDevelop and govern Wärtsilä's brand identity system, including creative direction, visual identity, and guidelines to keep the brand forward looking and relevant. /ppDrive brand innovation and identify emerging trends and new opportunities where the brand can accelerate growth and elevate customer experience.
