TheEMEA Sales Operations Managerwill act as the operational backbone of the EMEA Commercial Excellence organization, enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring the infrastructure, processes, and tools are optimized for a recurring revenue model.
This role will be responsible for CRM design, administration, data quality, dashboard clarity, pipeline management, sales reporting, performance management plan administration, KPI tracking, and building the data infrastructure to deliver ahead of our budgeted revenue targets.
The role drive cadence, activity in all aspects of the CRM and performance journey for all markets and all sales reps. The role will expect to also ensure the learning journey of all reps and leaders within CRM is continually updated and delivered in market.
The manager will drive for alignment, clarity and ensure a best in class CRM suite to enable data-driven decision-making across the region.
Key Position Responsibilities
Drive CRM sufficiency, health, data enrichment and velocity across EMEA and assigned markets.
Create and co pilot with markets to provide accurate data driven dashboards around KPIs.
Ensure daily weekly cadence for sales reps and managers are conducted per guidelines.
Improve conversion through full usage of the Culligan Way of Selling modules, especially on proposal excellence.
Ensure effective CRM administration, driving consistent usage and accurate data to support sales decisions.
Conduct regular reviews of the sales reps performance to ensure alignment with business goals and course correct.
Develop and implement tools and processes that support recurring revenue models and new sales channels.
Provide the sales team with tools, reports, and training materials to strengthen value-based selling and pricing discipline
Support Sales Managers in setting quotas, structuring incentives, and aligning compensation with desired sales behaviors.
Monitor and report sales KPIs, highlighting leading indicators to enable proactive performance management
Conduct regular reviews of the sales compensation plan to ensure alignment with business goals and market competitiveness.
Drive best in class pipeline sufficiency through tools such as AI, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.
Drive self generated sufficiency.
Partner with and Improve MQL performance and closure rates.
Ability to structure EMEA CRM and productivity dashboard needs and deploy that to the markets

Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong skills in structuring, interpreting, and presenting data to enable decision-making.
Adaptability: Adjusts tools, processes, and priorities as business models and sales strategies evolve.
Customer Orientation (Internal Sales Support): Provides timely and reliable service to sales leaders and teams.
Problem-Solving: Anticipates issues (e.g. data gaps, commission discrepancies, system errors) and delivers solutions quickly.
A self-starter who is high paced and resilient as you will be dealing with various data sources to drive performance.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience: 7 - 10 years of experience
Sales Operations skills
CRM & Sales Tools (D365, Salesforce or similar)
Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
KPI tracking and performance analysis
Languages: English (fluent) and at least one other European Language is preferred
Experience in:
CRM administration and data quality management.
Working with performance management tools and ability to make fast decisions.
Building and maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and performance indicators.
Dealing with multiple markets, conflicting priorities and ambiguity.
