We are looking for a HR Recruiter to be inserted in our HR Plant team in Piombino Dese.
The candidate will deliver End to End Recruitment process:
* Understand the needs of the business (in the different areas), including medium-long term necessities, identifying the best recruiting strategy according to the HRBP guidelines
* Recommend and implement the most effective recruiting strategy
* Job analysis: creating job profiles (if not present) according to the manager
* Definition of the best recruiting channel (ex. LinkedIn recruiter – web site), drafting and publishing the advertisements
* Accurate management and monitoring of the recruiting process: from scouting and screening qualified candidates for open requisitions, to planning telephone interview and manage the technical interview with the managers
* Ensure an outstanding candidate experience: manage active candidates through the recruitment process, providing regular updates and managing final feedback to the whole population
* Manage the recruitment for special projects (ex. new plants – task force project)
* Intermediation in the phase of presentation of the contractual aspects according to HRBP guidelines
* Management of the candidate's database
* Participate and manage the employer branding activities to recruit the new talent pool
* Provide monthly report to the HR function and management (if required). Provide regular updates to management, sharing insight on the market reality
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor/Master Degree
* Experience: 1+ Years' experience with full life cycle recruiting
* Experience with MS office
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong customer service orientation with ability to use patience and diplomacy to handle issues
