Key Responsibilities
Working alongside the business leaders, understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutions
Supporting managers on all HR‐related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management
Implementing reward policies and coordinating related processes in collaboration with the Reward organisational unit
Supporting development and learning initiatives in collaboration with the relevant Center of Excellence
Ensuring correct HC planning, balancing business needs and cost constraints within the overall target HC agreed
Ensuring the right sizing and operating model of the organisational structures in collaboration with the Orga team
Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Ensuring compliance with labour regulations and company policies
Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture
Ensuring local implementation of centrally designed Group projects supported by the relevant COE
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Data Management/Data Analytics or Communications
At least 3‐5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or as a specialist within a Center of Excellence in HR & Organization
In‐depth knowledge of HR practices and labour regulations
Proven ability to work on projects as a Project Manager
Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
Analytical and problem‐solving abilities
Proactive and results‐oriented attitude
