Job descriptionAs a IT Service Manager Consultant, you will contribute to the management and monitoring of IT services, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement of service delivery for our clients. This hybrid position is based in Milan (2/5 presence required during the first periods).
Your missionsManage requests through the ticketing systemEnsure services provided meet agreed SLA, KPI, and quality standards with the businessUpdate stakeholders on the progress and evolution of activities, including implemented solutionsMonitor agreed service levels with suppliers using dashboards and KPIsProduce regular reports on service performanceInvestigate recurring issues and contribute to problem managementCoordinate resolution actions with internal stakeholders (Upay functions)Propose process improvements and optimization initiativesDraft production processes related to current and new projectsCoordinate and supervise ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Level Management)Keep the knowledge base updatedEnsure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and security standards
Your profileUp to 3 years of professional experience in IT service management or related rolesCertification in ITIL v4 is considered a strong plusGood command of English and fluency in ItalianStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsTeam-oriented, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and follow up on service deliveryBased in Milan with availability for a hybrid model (2/5 presence required initially)
