Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to all hotel departments, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and long-term planning to achieve commercial objectives. Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and luxury service expectations. Drive revenue growth through innovative sales, marketing, and guest‐experience initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, owners, and partners. Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Director within a luxury (5*) hotel environment. Strong leadership, communication, and decision‐making skills. Solid financial acumen and experience managing complex hotel operations. Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and guest expectations. Fluency in English; Italian is a strong advantage. Other European languages such as Spanish are desirable. A hands‐on, results‐oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
