The figure will be part of the HR Direction, specifically in the HR Digital Transformation Office. The figure will be dedicated to the management of projects for the development of HR processes, in order to implement Human Resources Management Systems.
Main activities
1. Lead the continuous HR System evolution, defining the roadmap and including all aspects of HR Analytics,
2. Stay updated on HR systems and technology trends, proactively providing ideas and information to enhance team capabilities,
3. Collaborate with the IT Department to guide new implementations and integrations with the overall technical environment and implement functional solutions,
4. Provide support to troubleshoot technical issues,
5. Manage implementation projects and related change management processes,
6. Expert on HR analytics systems and related integration,
7. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions using HRIS capabilities,
8. Propensity to achieve quality IT solutions, able to improve the integration experience,
9. Responsible for architecting project responsibilities, recommending process improvements, and providing support.
Requirements
10. Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field,
11. Previous experience of 4/6 years in the HR-Integration field,
12. Passion and enthusiasm for HR issues, curiosity and proactivity,
13. Experience with integration flows and systems with SAP Concur, Zucchetti and SAP SuccessFactors,
14. Good level of English,
