The Role: Digital Content Specialist
At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for an engaged and passionateDigital Content Specialist who can join Digital Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan.
TheDigital Content Specialist is responsible for organizing and coordinating content across digital touchpoints at global level.
Your Impact
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
* Organization of all digital content, leveraging DAM system to ensure content is used strategically and efficiently
* Partner with merchandising to select content for digital marketing, ensuring selection balances commerce & brand priorities
* Support the content planning and owning the execution for the product launches and key commercial moment
* Develop a consistent user experience across website pages and digital journeys
* Create and maintain website navigation menu, according to new collection drops, commercial needs and brand image
* New pages design, ensuring the right balance between editorial content and commerce functionalities
* Devise commercial content calendar and submit briefs for content creation to support calendar moments
* Coordinate product selection for content creation with merchandising and partner with studio on operational / delivery schedule
* Ensure pages on site are strategically merchandised whilst supporting brand guidelines and commercial priorities
* Optimize content usage across the pyramid and all stages in the purchasing funnel, supporting on publishing of content
* Lead content analysis and AB testing, partnering with analytics and marketing teams
* Represent D-com in development of new content flow / asset management tools, ensuring appropriate training for wider teams
* Identification of new opportunities and gap, studying best in class competitors
* Constant monitoring of the online performances.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a motivated team member who has a background in and passion for luxury
fashion and digital environments. A previous experience in an online business dept. within luxury retail would be a plus.
The ideal candidate would encompass these points:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Fluent in English
* Knowledge of digital analysis and reporting tools (ie: Google Analytics, Content Square)
* 3-4 years of relevant e-commerce VM/Content experience;
* Office Package user (excel, powerpoint)
* Ability to use Commerce Cloud platform (SFCC) or alternative CMS;
* PIM & Asset Management tools’ knowledge
* Knowledge of website usability/optimization
* Excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude;
* Ability to handle several projects simultaneously
* Able to work with various internal dept. and coordinate external partners.
