THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Essential - Legal right to live and work in Italy or an EU passport. - Degree in Biology (or closely related field) and recognised teaching qualification. - Minimum of two years’ teaching experience, with proven success preparing students for IB external examinations. - Strong laboratory and practical skills, with the ability to bring biological concepts to life for students. - Excellent classroom management, communication, and teamwork abilities. - Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and supporting multilingual learners. Preferred - Previous experience in an international or multicultural school setting. - Specific expertise or prior success delivering IB DP Biology. - Familiarity with strategies for English as an Additional Language (EAL) support.
