Join to apply for the Product Assurance Manager role at Thales.PositionLocationJob DescriptionThe incumbent will ensure the implementation of all Product Assurance tasks on institutional projects for the assigned perimeter (project or sub-system) and will:ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with project requirements and document deviations.Ensure project activities comply with the Company Quality Management System, applicable standards and regulations.Establish and maintain an interface with the Customer Quality representative for PA matters.Act as the primary PA interface for the Project Management team.Create, update and implement the Project PA Plan in accordance with PA requirements.Manage non‑conformities according to internal and supplier processes, ensuring visibility to the Customer.Coordinate the Project Quality team, ensuring PA requirements or plans are properly cascaded at all levels.Prepare PA‑responsible quality documents and approve other project quality documents.Report quality aspects to the Customer, PMO and management.Participate in project meetings and reviews, providing quality input.Formalise, capitalise and promote lessons learned.Exercise alert duties and veto rights per existing processes.Ensure Risk Management processes are executed and provide proactive contributions.Participate in transversal activities, coaching and supporting junior colleagues.Main InterfacesTAS Project Manager and Project teamCustomer PA Manager and Project teamQuality representatives of suppliers and partnersRequired Experiences and Skills7 years’ experience in the Space Domain (nice to have)5 years in Quality (preferably as Project / Product PA)Deep knowledge of ECSSAbility to interface at management levelExcellent communication and negotiation skillsEffective coordination and delegation skillsProactive, open‑minded attitudeFluency in EnglishAt Thales Alenia Space we provide careers and more.
