RTW Quality Control Inspector POSITION Responsibility: The resource, under the supervision of the Menswear Technical and Quality Manager, will be responsible for the control and verification of the conformity of the finished product made by external suppliers, mainly located in Italy. In detail, the resource will be responsible for: - Control and verification of the conformity of the finished product with respect to requirements and/or master sample, mainly during mass production and with specific inspection requests during the development of the collection; - Compilation of reports for the inspections carried out, with evidence of any non-conformities that are found; - Participation in product development and preproduction meetings; - Control and verification of the top of production, with completion of the Approval Form; - Collaborate with the various company representatives and internal technical department, to share and resolve quality and technical issues detected during the inspections; - Coordination of quality control inspections carried out by external services, ensuring alignment of standards and monitoring of the planned budget; - Support to the logistics centres on the required information to perform the final quality control; - Geographical area of work: Italy, with occasional business trips to the London office, United Kingdom. PROFILE Strong previous relevant experience in a similar role, in companies operating in luxury menswear; Strong sensitivity towards the product and mastery of high quality standards; Ability to analyse the problems detected through quality control inspections; Proactivity and ability to seek alternative and innovative solutions; Flexibility and autonomy in the planning and execution of inspections at the supplier's premises; Good organizational skills and management of peak times; Excellent ability to relate to the various company interlocutors and to collaborate with external suppliers; Availability for regular supplier visits in Italy and occasional business trips to the headquarters in London, United Kingdom Good knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel; Knowledge of English language is recommended.
